Customer Service Representative - Baltimore, Maryland

(Bilingual-Spanish Required)

Join DAP and be part of our dynamic, exciting Customer Service Team. You'll be a member of our growing organization dedicated to providing quality customer service.

Our Customer Service Representatives respond to incoming telephone calls by providing order information to inquiring customers.

Hours: Monday – Friday 9:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

If You're:

• Enthusiastic – reliable - friendly
• Detail-oriented with excellent phone manner
• Bilingual – Spanish Required
• Possess excellent written/oral communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of the home improvement industry and building materials – although not required -- is a plus.
