Anchor Fast Anchoring Cement is a rapid-setting, non-shrink, pourable cement used for setting bolts, posts, handrails, small equipment, fences, columns or non-structural anchors in cement. It sets hard in 15 minutes, expanding to fill all voids and locking itself securely in place. When completely dry, the cement may actually be stronger than the original concrete. Interior/exterior use.
