DESCRIPTION
DAP 100% Silicone Rubber Window, Door & Siding Sealant is a durable 100% silicone caulk designed to seal out drafts, water, and moisture around windows, doors, siding, gutters, flashing, pipes, and vents. Ideal for indoor or outdoor use, it creates a 100% waterproof and weatherproof seal that stands up to weather and wet conditions. Once cured, the silicone rubber formula stays flexible as building materials expand and contract, helping prevent cracking and loss of adhesion as joints move. It can be applied when surface temperatures are between -35°F and 140°F. When tested in accordance with ASTM C719, it meets ASTM C920 requirements for Class 25, Use G. Cured sealant is also mold and mildew resistant for a cleaner-looking seal in damp, leak-prone areas.
