DAP Gasket Maker Sealant is a high-quality, single-component sealant crafted from 100% RTV silicone rubber, making it perfect for both mechanical repairs and household applications. Versatile sealant is ideal for creating durable gaskets for a variety of surfaces, including engine components, automotive parts, motorcycles, appliances, and power equipment. It delivers a long-lasting, 100% waterproof seal that remains flexible over time and resists cracking, crumbling, and drying out. Unaffected by vibration, it also resists oil, grease, water and fuels. Once fully cured, it can withstand extreme temperature fluctuations from -40 to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Meets ASTM C920, Class 25 standards. Sealant is suitable for both interior and exterior use.

How do I clean up excess adhesive?
Uncured adhesive should be cleaned by using mineral spirits to clean up wet adhesive from surface and tools. Do not use mineral spirits to clean skin. Cured adhesive must be cut or scraped away.
